How Our Network Works

Who You Will Talk To

You will talk to an independent local roofing provider. That is a roofing business that works in your area and does its own inspections, quotes, and roof work. Frontcomprehensive Roofing makes the introduction. After that, the conversation is between you and the provider.

Think of it like being handed a phone number by a neighbor who knows who to trust. We start the introduction. The provider takes it from there.

What Happens After You Ask

First, you tell us what you see. A stain, a leak, missing shingles, or storm damage are all good places to start. Next, a provider from the network gets in touch to learn more. Some providers can respond quickly, but availability varies.

The provider may then set a time to look at the roof. After the inspection, you should get a written quote that lists the work, the materials, and the price.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

You do not need to know roofing terms. A short list of plain questions goes a long way:

  • Can you show me what you found on my roof?
  • Does it need a repair, or is a replacement the better choice?
  • What materials do you suggest for this weather?
  • Is the price in writing, and what does it include?
  • Who handles permits and cleanup?
  • Do you carry the license and insurance this area requires?
  • Are there warranty terms in writing, and who stands behind them?

For hail damage roof replacement, also ask the provider to point out the marks they found. For storm damage repair, ask how they can help document the damage in case you file a claim.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not mean you have to hire one. You can ask for more than one quote and compare them side by side. A fair provider will not rush you.

A good rule is to be careful with anyone who asks for a big payment up front or will not put things in writing. Quote before commitment.

Emergency Situations

If water is coming in, a covered tarp or a bucket can protect your home while you wait. Stay off a wet or damaged roof. Tell the provider what is happening, and ask what they can do about emergency roof repair or whether a replacement makes more sense.
